Is parent alienation syndrome taken seriously by any of the professional bodies.....childrens services, schools, courts etc?

The authorities need to take it more seriously - the Judge wasn't interested in the proof & facts I took into court. He said that my ex & I need to work together for the sake of our son, I even had proof that she wasn't willing to communicate
