ok, I was last in court on the 13/09/13 just over a month ago. She was present for the first time, and she agreed to a PSO and that the section 37 report that had been started but stopped as she did a runner would commence again. There was a prilimanary report made by social services also.

We are back in on the 1st and i am just a little concerned regarding the lack of contat from social services adn with only 2 weeks and a bit before next hearing will they have enough time to see me and evaluate myself and my parents?

I also work full time, and for example tomorrow and thursday i have to travel out of the office and go to site to carry out my work so i am making meetings for next week and week after to see poeple on site to conduct my normal working process's, it has just taken 5 months for clearance onto site to come thro and now it hasnow become full on. Which is good.

So what happens if we can not agree a meet? i have prior appointments and so do they and we can not agree a time or a place.

It is making me a little concerned.

Pete

Call them and explain.......its better to pre-empt than getting them to back stab you accusing you of not engaging. If you have a trail of efforts you made it cant be used against you as I have heard some horror stories where it has been.

Put together a list of as many dates and times when you will be available, offer weekends or early evenings and try and be as pro active and flexible as you can. Put it in writing to them and keep a copy. Explain about the importance of your current workload and hopefully you can agree a suitable time.
