During and after our divorce, my wife did everything possible to alienate our kids from me. The courts not only failed to recognize what was going on, they made things worse. I created this video to let other targeted parents know they are not alone. I also wanted to raise general awareness of this form of child abuse, which is more common than you think.

I'd appreciate any feedback. There is also a link on the Youtube page to a story which chronicles my experiences with the court system and child services. I'm curious if anyone has faced similar challenges.

Hi there 🙂

Thanks for posting your video, as you are in the US I don't know how similar our judicial systems are, or the laws governing families and children.

I think your preaching to the converted here! I can only agree with everything you are saying...I think the sound quality on your video, on my iPad at least, was quite difficult to hear but I got the gist of it.

Unfortunately the judicial system here in the UK often doesn't recognise PA so we are struggling not only with awareness amongst the general public but a refusal to accept that this is happening amongst the professionals who make all the decisions...

We are making headway slowly but the services that are available are often out of reach of the vast majority, either because of lack of services in their area or financial restraints.

There are members here that are suffering in this way and it breaks my heart that more cannot be done...by helping to raise awareness you are helping to change attitudes but I fear we are on a long and rocky road with many obstacles still to overcome.

For your information and research we have a recognised expert in this field, her name is Karen Woodall. She has written books on this subject and runs clinics and workshops. Here's a link -

Best of luck with your awareness campaign 🙂
