I've just received a C2 form from my ex's solicitor, it says it's requesting residence & a prohibitive steps order to stop me taking him from nursery.
My ex already has him full time currently ( i just used to have him weekends ) & it also says a prohibitive steps order to stop me taking him from her csare or nursery.
I don't understad what any of that means?
I haven't seen or spoken to my little boy for nearly 2 months?!

The C2 form is used when someone wishes to apply for a further order when proceedings have already started.

Do you usually pick him up from nursery?

It appears that she has added a prohibited steps order to existing proceedings.

Nope, i've never been 'allowed' to pick him up from nursery so never have, i've also never taken him from her care.
I've since spoken with a solicitor & he has said not to worry about it & it's more a tactical move.
He's also said that as i didn't do any of the above then just agree to it for the meantime as it's pointless really.

I've just had a read through your previous topic, it looks like your ex has counter applied for residence and a PSO, probably on the back of the bad SS report.

You also said in your previous thread that you are self repping, although then you talk about the SS manager writing to your legal team...Did you decide to get legal representation after all?

This won't alter your application for contact as such...you can argue against the residence order in favour of shared residence, and the PSO, if its purpose is to stop you from picking the child up from nursery, it's an overreaction and hopefully the court will see this.

It's very difficult to give you an opinion without knowing all the facts. Just stay on course, read up on PSOs and their implications and also about a residence Order as opposed to shared residence. Knowledge is power!
