I'm already going through court at the min, and have a fact finding hearing coming up in a months time.

I need to do a prohibited steps order, I have a feeling she is going to take him to Ireland.

Do I have to pay another fee??

Also anyone got any advise on free representation ? Just for one day ?

I think as proceedings have already commenced you can add another application by filling in a form C2. I don't know if there will be a charge for this but the court office will be able to advise you on this.

As far as free representation is concerned, it depends ... I"ve got a couple of links here, the first is a website that offers pro bono assistance to people on low incomes. There are criteria to meet and you can't go to them directly, you have to be referred by an advice service or similar. Have a read up on their website and its possible you could approach the CAB to refer you.

The second is assistance directly from the CAB but I think it only covers the London Islington area but it might be worth calling and finding out.
