Hi All,

I have a shared residency order in place that says my daughter stays with me on 2 particular days a week. The ex and i haven't been getting along recently (see my other post) and i haven't seen my daughter for nearly 4 weeks.
I have spoken to the courts administrator and she has told me that because i have the residency order and not a contact order then there is no way for them to enforce it?? I have been advised to consult a solicitor (which i cant afford at present) and possibly go down the route of a C2 penal notice??
I would also like to speak to someone about my concerns with the way my ex is bringing my daughter up. Would i be better off applying for a contact order and speaking to CAFCASS??
Thanks
T

I'll ask the CCLC to pop on and give some advice.
