Hello again. Id really like to know if an ex partner can say no to putting MY child on my facebook profile picture (she seems to think she can )

and also because ive only seen her 10 times in her two years of life ive made myself a memory video using the only pictures and video i have to remember her by and to also let my family members see our new edition since most have never had the chance to meet her. anyways the facebook thing is one question and the youtube video is the other. Its only my family in the footage but can the ex order me to take it off? .. btw she hasnt seen it as I havent used any tag words to identify who she is

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OwveCFizwJQ

oh and moderators you can delete this bit if im being cheeky but im now thinking of doing these for people to make a few pennies.. all pennies goto into my daughters piggybank for when we are finally reunited. .. i have only made this one video so far. the thoughts just came to me

Hi Rosield

I'm not sure what Facebook would say about this situation but your ex could certainly contact Facebook and ask for the pictures to be taken down, whether she will get very far in her request is an unknown. I will pass on your post to the Children's Legal Centre for their input, it may take a few days so keep a look out for their reply.

No problem, by the way I looked at your youtube post - your daughter is gorgeous, and it looks as if you've got a talent for this sort of thing. Great choice of song to go with it too!

aww cheerz mate. when i first took the ex to court it was for a DNA because she said shed cheated on me and its not mine. but when i saw her shes the double of me when i was that age so at least it saved a test. and I used to do video editing and film special effects when i was self employed .. until i had to go homeless to save the gal in the video. totally worth it though.
