[Solved] Step-parent PRR in Scotland

Hello everyone,

I have been living in Orkney (Scotland) and I got married last month. 🙂

My wife has a daughter (She is 6) and I would like to get "parental responsibility and rights" for her.
(Nobody else except my wife have "PRR")

Do you know which form we need to fill out ? (We think that we need to fill out an Initial writ "G1" but we are not sure)
If we need to fill it out how do we need to deal with the defender part ? (Because, of course, there is no defender)

To my knowledge, step-parents PRR agreements are not possible in Scotland and we need to go to court.

Thank you
