Hi Guys, long time no post, i hope you are all as good as you can be under the circumstances, here’s a bit of an update from me…

so after 8 years, 4 court cases and about 20 hearings it is over! (Until the next time) the most recent case ended around 6 months ago.

I ended up with every other weekend fri from school drop off school monday, over night wednesday each week, half 6 weeks half of all other holidays, boxing day until i go back to work and a criminal record lol

I still detest the other parent and i will never forgive of forget but I have parked it up for the sake of my child.Β

i ended up suicidal during the last case (see my previous posts) i got hypnotised which was a nice bridge before i spent 24 weeks with a psychotherapist which worked wonders.Β

since the final hearing the other parent has been allot more cooperative and we have been coparenting allot better. I’ve learned to compromise and pic my battles, i still dont trust them in the slightest and the emotional abuse of my child has never stopped, no matter what TOP still holds all the cards and that will never change.Β

above all my child is settled happy and excelling in every part of her life, i think our bond is stronger than ever and I’m looking forward to spending christmas with her without any stress.Β

cheers bill, a good friend of mine is going through the court [censored] which prompted the post, he has a court order in place which states he is to see his child twice a week mid week for 4 hours and 8 hours on a weekend supervised by his brother, hes having his s7 next Β week and the next hearing is next feb, top has just stopped contact again after 8 months of smooth contact, hes applying for a c79, i’ve forgot how long should he expect to wait for a hearing?Β

@mr-slim hi, it's difficult to tell, as every court have different timelines, depending on how busy they are. I have come across some dads where after they submit a c100 or c79, they are receiving responses from court within 2-3 weeks, and hearing in about 3 months time.
