Hi all,
Sorry but I've only just found videos stating I will be cross examining my ex as a litigant in person....
Is it true that I will be cross examining her directly... All the vids so far have pointed to the judge being the only one who speaks directly and ask questions to both parties...
If I am asking questions... Is there any help on links for good well phrased questions

Hi,
Can you please check what court order says. Would be surprised if they let you cross examine ex directly. They are trying to avoid this as some parents say its traumatic experience.
With questions I suggest to keep it child focused, and based on seeking answers as to why child is being restricted from spending more time with dad etc.
