Have these timing been set out in a Court Order? If they have start the Enforcement Order process. If not get these terms set out in a Contact Order, before your ex can use any excuse to say that contact has been broken. I say this as this could be start the start of her cutting down your hours to nothing.

Regards,

Brian

may be i'm just being sceptical here but if you have had that amount of time then your (Calculated) maintenance payments would be less than if you had what you now are going to be getting!

my ex very quickly worked out that not letting me have my child overnight increased the amount of maintenance i should pay! if you check the CM Options site it'll give you a figure based on the amount of overnight access you get!

for 52nights upto 103nights you reduce the payments by a 7th. 104nights and by two 7th's and so on

so....why stop you having much overnight contact/access? hmmmm any excuse she can and will make up to get more moeny off you??? or am i really getting very bitter and suspicious about ex's motives here?!! 😡
