Hi just looking for some help and came across your post, it was almost like reading my own life at the moment, wondered if you ever managed to get this resolved?

I have same issue. My ex is happy for the child to stay with their grandparents weekends and school holidays while I am working outside the UK. Total nights per year exceeds 104. However, CMS do not count time spent with grandparents. Upside is that I can speak to child when they are with grandparents. Impossible when they are the mother's house.

@poddy can imagine it being very difficult with CMS and overnights. without court orders it will always be a challenge.
