They'll only off set if it goes to collect and pay and then I'll have to pay more. They'll only do it if he agrees!
I'm not sure she actually knew what she was talking about, she kept papping on about how I "still not receive my money if I switch to collect and pay" I actually lost my temper with her when I told her I didn't expect to receive any since I'd be paying the difference!!

I suspect that they don't deal with this so often, so it's a matter of luck getting someone who would know, I'm afraid. Best of luck with them crocs.
