How many have been screwed by CMS

Hi, I have been fighting the CMS for 7 years. I had everything sorted in Jan 2020, but the RP closed the case as there was an overpayment of £4800 on the case. She then opened a new case in April 2021, I have been fighting with this one for a DEO that was placed on without following the correct process or legislation. This has now been removed. I would like any of those on here who are still fighting the CMS to get in contact with me. With the re-publicisation of the Post Office Scandal, it is time that a collective took these incompetent people to court. I have gotten my local MP involved, he has received back a response for a complaint that I raised 128 working days ago (I haven't received anything as yet) The response to my MP is flawed with blatant lies and missed information. Please respond, I would like to see how many are willing to join a collective and start going through the process of putting right miscarriages of incompetence.

Just an update. I responded to the letter sent to my MP from the CMS, it gets even better. They are now claiming that a DEO is not Enforcement Action so an arrears notice is not required. I have gone through DWP legislation and Chapter 6 part 55004 states that an arrears notice must be sent within the past 12 months. I would like to know if anyone else has received such blatant lies and spin doctoring from probably the worst human beings on this planet.
