If the mortgage is in my name and only I work, could I sell my house and force my wife out??? This sounds really awful but please read my other post on here and you will see why.
Or because we are married with children do I have to keep paying the mortgage for her and me move out?? If so I am stuck living with wife as a can not afford anywhere.
Thank you

I don't know much about the financial side of things, but as you are married with dependent children then my feeling is that you are responsible for the mortgage...I think your wife could ask for this in any divorce settlement....but as I say I'm not at all sure of these things. I advised you to speak to the CAB in a previous post about this as they will have the answers to these questions.
