Should I fight??? I have had the CSA contact me today saying that in 2011 my ex wife applied for extra CSA as my daughter stayed extra nights with her. I was never contacted and today they have stated that I owe £7,000 arrears. They have admitted over the phone that they have made errors on the case and that I was never contacted. Is it worth contesting?

It certainly is if you don't owe the money - go and see your MP asap as they can raise a priority complaint that you aren't able to do. Take a set of notes to hand to your MP so he/she has the full facts of the case.
