Hi All,
Next week I have a direction hearing after a Report 2 is done and submitted on Monday. I have a telephone interview with a CAFCASS office tomorrow and she said she'll get the report in for Monday.
The interview will consist of discussing the background checks and any concerns that I have.
The direction hearing has been listed for an estimated time of 20 minutes, does anyone have any experience of attending one, and what should I expect?
Sometimes the hearings can go over but if you have a look at the stickys at the top of this section, there's a set of YouTube videos about the hearings which you might find helpful.
