Hi there

Can you someone please tell me what if Im not happy with the decision made by the court for the Contact Order?

There’s an arrangement where I believe we have disagreement and we are hoping the family court could make appropriate decision, but im not sure what further i can do if things doesnt go the way i wish it for

you have the right to appeal a court / judges decision....i think you have to log an appeal with court within a couple of weeks (14days) i'm not 100% sure of how long but you have a right to appeal

Speak to the court - they will tell you what you need to do to appeal. Keep us informed on here - I think a lot of people would be interested to know how it goes if you do appeal.

Thanks for the post

Well, nothing happen much. I been to the court for the final hearing and my representative told me that the Judge isnt here today, its just the Legal Advisor, who cant make any decision if theres any disagreement.

If both the parties agree to the terms then the final order will be assign to get drafted and send out to the parties but, i wasnt baffled to know that my ex dont agree to numerous arrangements that i thought should be alright.

So the final hearing is schedule for next month
