Hi,

I was granted emergency prohibited steps on Monday until next week for the first hearing. I have been to court before over contact order, but it did not go any further then the initial hearing as the ex backed down, was told a few harsh words by the judge, and I still kept my 13 nights a month with my son.

Now im in for full residence, I will be representing myself.

Does anybody know of any service or charity that proof reads statements or can give advice. As I don't have the finances for a solicitor.

Many thanks.

Does the statement have to be filed next week or are you forward planning?

If you have some time before the statements is required then you could try attending a branch meeting of Families Need Fathers. Here's a link to,the webpage which will direct you to a local meeting near to where you live.
