how old are the kids if you don't mind me asking? and how often have you been seeing them?

Its really tough going through this when you feel you are being stitched up. If you are self representing there is a guide on the advicenow.org.uk website which will explain the various processes that the court goes through. As had been said, stay child focused and mention the things you used to do with your child - bath times etc. CAFCASS usually call very close to the hearing, even the day before so be prepared for that.
