I have now changed contact details to show my daughter lives at my address for Doctors etc.
In regards to your question about notes from Mediation,I have a summary of the mediation which the mediator sent me ,this includes the child's wishes and also it's noted her mother agrees to it

Situation has now ended up back at mediation,My daughter has brought to light that she has been hit by her mother and has photos showing bruises to her body, she has not mentioned this before as she was too scared to.This abuse took place about 9 months ago,What will have next ,will mediation contact social services to look into matter further ?

I'm not sure if the mediators would take that step, however, you could talk to Social Services about it. Has the physical abuse stopped now? unfortunately if it's not ongoing, Social Services or the court may not take it seriously, but at least it would be on record.

In light of the abuse, and the fact that your daughter lives with you and has done for sometime, I would go ahead and apply for an urgent PSO and a variation of the existing order, for your child to live with you. At. 13 she will be listened to.

If she wants to talk to someone about what's happening with her mother, she could contact The National Youth Advisory Service NYAS. They have a helpline and can give you both advice. Here's a link

All the best
