Excellent that's the spirit just rest assured that you can't do anymore than you are doing for your children good on you.
The first hurdle has been over come actually making the application you should start to feel better now it should be around 4-6 weeks until you get your first directions hearing so do your research for that and make sure you go in there prepared and ready 🙂
Sorry that mediation won't happen and you've had to apply to court.
